Hi Everyone,

I will teach a cheesemaking class in Bailey Michigan, between Grand Rapids, Muskegon and Fremont, on Friday Aug 5 and Sat. Aug. 6, 2016. Choose one or both days.
FRI AUG 5: French Tomme, Traditional bandaged Cheddar, Chevre/Fromage Blanc, Ricotta

SAT AUG 6: Gouda and Havarti (Washed curd cheeses), Blue Cheese, Feta, Ricotta
